The Courtyard Costume Store has taken on the costumes from the former Hereford County Costume Store and hosts costumes from three resident companies, Laura Gale Dance & Drama, Ludwig Theatre Arts and Carl Davies Designs.
We have thousands of costumes and accessories available to hire. Styles include Animals, Dames, Pantomime, Shakespearean, 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, military uniforms, prom, pantomime costumes and many more!
Do you have sets of costumes for hire?
We have costume sets for pantomimes including Beauty & the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Dick Whittington, Cinderella, Aladdin and Jack & the Beanstalk.
We have costume sets for Matilda Jr, Grease Jr, Frozen Jr and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Our stock is available to anyone who wants to hire it, whether amateur or professional. We are also open to theatre, film and TV, and can hire to schools and colleges and event organisers. Stylists, photographers and private individuals are all welcome.
We aim to offer competitive rates to all, with further discounts available for Herefordshire based groups and wardrobe members. The minimum hire for non-members is £100+VAT. Hire prices start from £12+VAT per costume per week.
The Courtyard Costume Store has reopened for hires whilst it undergoes the final stages of its renovation. Appointments can be booked between 10am-12noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
