Hawaiian Hula, the dance form from Hawaii💃🏼💫 ✨

Ongoing lessons are held three times a month in the Nell Gwynne Studio on Wednesdays 19:15-20:15pm.

Class is open to all genders 15 years & older, and is for all abilities🤗

As well as being fun and refreshing, hula is holistically fantastic for cleansing & balancing the mind-body-spirit connection, it is grounding, renewing, is a wise teacher, a heart uplifter, it is joy, it is love, it is community💝 It is an enriching experience for sure🥰

Classes are ongoing and we openly welcome new friends to come join in anytime☀️

Please wear comfortable & movable clothing like leggings and a T-shirt, and be barefoot, if possible. Bring some water for hydration and a towel for sweat wiping too.
