The Courtyard Shop is Now Open! – Unique Shopping, for Unique Shoppers

The Courtyard shop shines the spotlight on locally made, sustainable products, putting them at the heart of our shopping community. Featuring work by a range of artists including self-proclaimed ‘magpie potter’ Jules Avery, 3D illustrator Katy Alston, and wood worker Eleanor Kercher among many others. There is something for everybody including a host of locally made children’s gifts, candles, ceramics, textiles and jewellery, so you have plenty of ideas to start your Christmas shopping!

Our vision is to be a home for unique gifts, handmade crafts, and artisan creations. Creating a community of local and independent artists, designers, creators, merchants and makers. Connecting them to shoppers for a personal, unique and more fulfilling shopping experience.

There are over forty local makers featuring their work in The Courtyard shop so far. If you, or anyone you know, are interested in featuring your creations in our shop, you can apply here.

The proceeds from the new venture all go towards supporting The Courtyard Trust (charity no. 1067869) as well as an array of local independent artists.

The Courtyard’s Shop will be open from 10am – 8pm, Monday – Saturday, so pop in and have a browse!
