Spotlight On: Siobhan Cole

Shining a spotlight on Siobhan Cole – a dance performer and choreographer.  Siobhan is leading our Contemporary Dance and Integrated Styles Masterclass as part of the FORGE programme.
 
Siobhan is a choreographer and dance performer. She teaches on the Further Education Performing Arts programme at Hereford College of Arts. Also, teaching at the University of Worcester on the Dance and Applied Practice degree.
 
After completing her BA in Dance at Manchester Metropolitan University, Siobhan went onto gain her MA in Dance Performance with MAP Dance. Here she began her professional performance career. She has worked and toured with choreographers such as Yael Flexer, Kerry Nicholls, Gary Clarke and Liz Aggiss.
 
Whilst delivering workshops for MAP dance, Siobhan discovered her love of teaching. She began her teacher training at the University of Worcester. Having previously worked as a freelance artist for Dancefest, Siobhan has experience teaching and choreographing. Working in community settings, schools, and at further and higher education.
 
Siobhan is passionate about performance and improvisation. Currently, she is creating and performing works with the Riverside dance collective, hoping to tour again this summer.
